Odd: 10 Toes to Bar
Today we’ll practice Snatching from three positions: the floor, the hang, and the hip. If you’re proficient, we’ll work from all three positions. If you’re new to the movement, we’ll stay at the hip and/or the hang.
For the conditioning, we’ll continue working Snatches and practice our Toes to Bar. Choose a weight you can complete perfectly each rep – there should be no misses. Use this time to work on getting fast under the bar, being comfortable in the bottom of your squat, and hitting all your positions in one motion.
