Strength
Overhead Squat
5×2 @ 75%
Adv: 3 sec pause at the bottom of each rep

Conditioning
3 Rounds
400m Run
21 Burpees

If you’re comfortable with the Overhead Squat, add a 3 second pause at the bottom of each rep. Otherwise, focus on proper form and mechanics.

The 400m run is out the front door, 1.5 laps counter-clockwise around the building, and in the garage door.
