500m Row
Max rep Push Ups after row, rest in the remaining time
Rest=Work

Today we’ll max out Front Squats. Warm up to about 80%, then perform about 4-5 additional singles to find a new 1RM. For the conditioning, try to pair up with someone who rows about the same time as you do. Complete a 500m Row, then immediately get off the rower and do as many Push Ups as possible. Rest in the remaining time. Rest time is the same (or as close as possible) as the time it takes to row the 500 meters.
