This is a de-load week for Deadlifts. We’ll get back to our heavy lifts next Monday, and are scheduled to test our 1RMs on 7/14. This is an ascending ladder of Clusters for 5 minutes, with 5 TTB after each round. Round 1 you’ll do 1 Cluster and 5 TTB. Then 2 Clusters + 5 TTB, 3 Clusters + 5 TTB, etc.
