Conditioning
With a partner:
400m Row
100 Double Unders

30 Pull Ups
30 Burpees

30 Slam Balls (30/20)
30 Box Jumps (24/20)

Both partners will complete all work. P1 completes 400m Row while P2 completes 100 Double Unders (200 Singles). When each partner has finished, they’ll switch, and P2 will complete the row while P1 completes DUs. Move through all three couplets in this fashion until the end.
