Today is week five of our six week Deadlift cycle. After warming up, complete 6 single reps at 90% of your max Deadlift. This weight should be very heavy, so be sure you are thoroughly warmed up, and feel free to take 3-4 minutes between sets.
We’ll then complete the benchmark workout “Annie.” Compare this workout to the last time we did it on 1/31. If your Double Unders have improved since then, this will be a great workout for you. If not, you’ll have plenty of time to practice! Complete 20 DU attempts per round as a scale for Double Unders.
