Today we’re running the benchmark workout “Eva.” This can be done either on your own, or with a partner. If you choose to do it with a partner, you will do all the runs together, but you’ll break up the work however you want. The 800m runs are out the garage door, 3 laps around the building, and in the garage door.

Take special care of your hands during this workout. Be mindful of how much chalk you use – chalk helps you grip the bar and the kettlebell, but it also increases the friction and thus the risk of hand tears. If you need to scale the kettlebell weight, or the Pull Ups to Ring Rows, do it.
