Strength and Conditioning
In 60 minutes, complete:
1. Max Height Box Jump
2. 1RM Snatch
3. 500m Row for time

Today we’ll establish new maxes for three different movements. After warming up, you will have the rest of the class to establish a max height Box Jump, a max Snatch for the day, and your fastest 500m row. You may complete these in any order, but my recommendation is to do the one listed above. Take no more than 10 minutes to establish your Box Jump. Spend the majority of your time, something like 30 minutes, warming up and working up to your heavy Snatch weight. Your 500m row should take no more than 3 minutes, but at an all-out effort, you should be very tired at the end.
