Schedule Reminder
As a reminder, here is this weekend’s holiday schedule:
Thursday: 6am
Friday: 5:30pm
Saturday/Sunday: Closed

I hope everyone has a fun and safe 4th!

Remember, today’s workout is the exact same one we’ll be doing Friday at 5:30pm. We’ll run a Thursday 6am workout for the people who normally come Friday morning.

Today is week 4 of our Shoulder Press strength cycle. Add 5-10 lbs above last week and complete 2 sets of 5 reps, then 1 set of max reps.
