Conditioning
“Cindy”
20m AMRAP
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats

After a long warm-up, we’ll run the CrossFit benchmark workout “Cindy.” If you have kipping/strict Pull Ups, try to do them throughout the whole workout. If you’ve been using a band on Pull Up days, use one. If you’ve been doing Ring Rows, stick with those – today is not the day to move up. Try to maintain a steady pace, and be sure to meet the full range of motion requirements for all movements. It’s better to move a bit slower and make each rep count, than to speed through it with questionable reps.
