Today we’ll Front Squat. After warming up, complete 4 sets of 5 reps at around 75% your 1RM.
For the conditioning, choose a weight you can Clean touch-and-go for the first round. If you drop the barbell each rep after the first round it’s fine, but you should be able to go unbroken the first round. You should squat each rep for the Cleans – try to catch them all in a full squat, but if you’re not comfortable doing that, Power Clean the weight, then drop into a Front Squat.
