Conditioning
With a partner:
“Glenn”
30 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
Run 1 Mile
10 Rope Climbs
Run 1 Mile
100 Burpees
45 min time cap

Today’s workout is a doozy. Most people should complete this as a partner workout. If you are looking for a great challenge and you feel confident in your fitness, feel free to complete this individually. Partners should break up all movements including the runs – those should be completed in alternating 400m sections. Scale Rope Climbs to Strict Pull Ups or Ring Rows. There is a 45 minute time cap.
