We’ll work on Split Jerks for today’s strength. After warming up, start with two sets of 3 Split Jerks at around 60% of your 1RM. Then, two sets of 2 at around 70%. From there, you’ll have 3 attempts to hit a heavy single. If this is a new movement, keep the weight light and work technique. If you’re comfortable with it, go heavy.

The conditioning is a descending couplet of Wall Balls and KB Snatches combined with 20 Double Unders after each round. Try to stay unbroken on all the Wall Balls. For the Snatches, you are doing the total number combined, not the number for each arm.
