Today’s workout comes courtesy of Stef – be sure to thank her when it’s over!

Start and finish today’s workout with 1 Rope Climb. You may complete the work in the middle in any order you’d like. You must use the same weight for the Front Squats and the Push Press. Be careful on the Box Jumps, especially if you’re going higher than normal – be sure to get your knees up high, step down, and stay focused for all 20. We will review Single Leg Burpees, as this will be new for most of you.
