We’ll start our week of right with some heavy Back Squats, then the classic CrossFit benchmark “Fran.” After warming up, complete 5 sets of 3 Back Squats at around 80% of your 1RM. If this feels too heavy today, or your technique is off a bit, lower the weight. These should be hard, but you should not miss any reps.
Before starting “Fran,” be sure your shoulders are completely warmed up and your heart rate is up a bit – it’ll be over before you know it! We’ll review the scales for Pull Ups, either using bands or using the rings.
