Start today by working up to a heavy single Power Clean. If you’re new to the movement, stay at the hip or the hang and work on technique. If you’re proficient, pull from the ground and go as heavy as possible with good form.
For the conditioning, work with a partner to complete the 15 minute AMRAP. Break up each movement in half (5 Cleans/10 Lunges/15 Sit Ups each), and one partner will be working while the other is resting. If there are enough barbells and you want to use different weights for the Power Cleans, then you can each use your own. For the Partner Medicine Ball Sit Ups, the Medicine Ball should touch the ground behind your head when your shoulders touch the ground, and you should complete the Sit Up and pass the ball to your partner.
