10 Single Leg Burpees

Today we’ll work some accessory strength movements with Barbell Rows and Romanian Deadlifts. Start the weight light on these, as they’re likely new movements for you. Work up to a few heavy sets, but be sure your technique is perfect.

The conditioning is a long metcon – nothing fancy, and nothing technical, just work. Pace yourself as needed.
