20m Turkish Get Up Practice

Spend the first 20 minutes of class working on this important and exotic skill, the Turkish Get Up. Start with a light kettlebell, and work your way up to perform your heaviest TGU with perfect technique. Be sure to work both arms.
We’ll then run the classic CrossFit workout “Helen.” Since this is a benchmark girl workout, you must do the kettlebell swings overhead for it to be considered “Rx.” Use a band or scale the Pull Ups to Ring Rows if needed. Compare to 2/9 and 4/20. Have fun!
