Today we’ll take on the Filthy Fifty. You must complete each movement before moving on to the next one. Try to break each movement up into shorter segments if needed. For example, rather than doing 50 Box Jumps, think about doing two sets of 20, then one round of 10, with a 5 second rest in between each one. The key here is pacing – don’t go out too hard and burn out. Try to maintain a steady pace, minimize your rest, and keep moving. Compare to 1/16.
