We always welcome visiting CrossFitters to CrossFit Brave. If you are a member at another CrossFit or have been regularly CrossFitting for at least 3 months, you are welcome to drop in to any of our regularly-scheduled CrossFit WOD classes when you are visiting the Cary area.
CrossFit Affiliate owners and their guests are welcome to train with us for free during their stay in town. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for your access code.
All out of town visitors must:
– Visit our schedule page and click on “Reserve Spot” for the class you’d like to attend
– Create an account in our system and e-sign our waiver
– Pay the drop in fee for the class
– Register up to 14 days in advance of visit
– Arrive about 10 minutes before class time in order to get oriented to the gym.
Yes! If you are CrossFitting somewhere else and would like to get a workout you can come in for a workout.
If you are attending one of our workouts we will expect you to follow our programming. If you are able to come during our posted “Open Gym” times, you are welcome to do your own thing.

Our daily drop in is $20/class. We offer a $30 rate, as well, that includes a CFB t-shirt or tank top. If you are going to be in town for more than two days you can purchase 3 visits for $50 or 5 visits for $65 (including a t-shirt). If you plan on being in Cary for a longer period of time let us know and we will customize a multi-day visit option for you.
