Strength

Front Squat

4 x 3 @ 75%

1 Rep = 1 & 1/4 Squat + 1 More Squat

(all the way down, stand to just above parallel, back down to full squat, stand, then 1 full squat)

WOD

5 Rounds For Time:

20 Sit-Ups

20 Jumping Lunges (10 per leg)

100 ft. Farmers Carry W/ Double Kettlebells (RX – White/Yellow, Scaled – Yellow/Blue, Novice – Blue/Red)
