If new to CrossFit, all new members begin their training with our Foundations Course, a month-long 8 session Course designed to get new participants up to speed on our common movements, terminology, and Community culture. Our process is guaranteed to ease your transition into CrossFit training and ensure that you have the best opportunity for success.
