10 Banded Leg Raises (per leg)

10 per arm Pallof Presses

Strength –

Tall Snatch

3 x 3 – Start @ 50% – increase each set

2 Min Rest (after each set)

WOD –

For Time:

4 Rounds

20 Dumbbell Snatches (RX+ – 75/50, RX – 50/35, Scaled – 35/20, Novice – Any Weight)

10 Box Jumps (RX+ – 30/24, RX – 24/20, Scaled – 20/16 or Step Higher, Novice – Step-Ups)

1 Min Rest
