*Complete 3 Snatches AND 3 Toes to Bar, then 6 of each, then 9, continuing to add 3 reps to each movement until time expires

Strength
Back Squat
6×4 Across
*Find a weight where the barbell is controlled and moving quickly for all 4 reps. Focus on proper positioning and keeping your weight back.
