Skill –

5 Bulgarian Split Squats (per leg)

1 Squat (hold in the hole with just the bar for 15-20 seconds)

Strength –

14 MinEMOM – (pick your own poison)

Odd – Pull Movement Options

  • 10 Pulls On The Rower
  • 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
  • 5-7 Strict Pull-Ups (Can be banded)

Even – Push Movement Options

  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 10 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 10 Kettlebell Push Press (5 per arm)

WOD –

3 Rounds

1 Min Dumbbell Snatch (RX+ – KB 53/35, RX – 50/35 Scaled – 35/25, Novice – Any Weight)

1 Min V-Ups (RX+/RX – V-Up, Scaled/Novice – Sit-Ups)

1 Min Double KB Deadlift (RX+/RX – 53/35, Scaled – 35/25, Novice – Any Weight)
