Turkish Get-Ups

5 sets of 4 per arm (8 total)

(build up in weight to a heave set)

Strength –

Front squat (3 Sec decent)

5 X 3 @ 70-80%

WOD –

10 Min AMRAP

12 Slam Balls (RX – 40/30, S1 – 30/20, S2 – 20/10)

8 Russian Kettlebell Swings (RX – 53/35, S1 – 35/26, S2 – 26/18)

4 Thrusters (RX – 135/95, S1 – 95/65, S2 – 65/35)
