25 CONTROLLED Ab-Mat sit ups.
Butterfly your feet and keep them on the ground, and do NOT use your arms for momentum. You can place a PVC pipe on your back as though you were doing a back squat to help control the movement. This is not for time, but try to keep them consecutive and avoid resting in between.
