Position 2 – Just above the knee
Position 3 – Floor

Strength

3-Position Clean

5 x 1 Clean Set

**Use 5 sets to build up to a “Heavy/Max” for the 3-Position Clean
**warm up with light weight and rest in between heavy attempts
