Thanks to everyone that came out to The Pharmacy to watch the announcement of 16.3! Saturday is going to be fun!

Yes, we push pressed on Wednesday, but that was heavy-this is light (and should be super fast!) We are also practicing our push jerks. So, even if you CAN push press, practice the technique of the jerk at a higher speed!

For time:
1 round of:
100 double-unders
50 air squats
25 push jerks (95/65)
Then, 2 rounds of:
60 double-unders
30 air squats
15 push jerks (95/65)
Then, 3 rounds of:
40 double-unders
20 air squats
10 push jerks (95/65)

Then:

MU transition practice
