Saturday and Sunday
This Saturday and Sunday, we will be at CrossFit RTP in Durham to cheer on our teams competing at the Triangle Invitational! There will be a 9am class ONLY on Saturday, and no Open Gym on Sunday. The competition lasts from around 8:30am – 4pm, so come out to show your support!

*We are continuing the same program we’ve been following the last few weeks. Add 5-10 pounds from last week for all 10 reps.
