Snatch technique

STRENGTH –

1 – Snatch Grip Deadlift

1 – HangPower Snatch

1 – Hang Squat Snatch

1 – Full Squat Snatch

1 – Overhead Squat

(can drop bar after hang squat snatch)

WOD –

4 rounds – 30 sec work/30 sec rest
