Your coaches will provide you with brief instruction, but the goal is for your practice these transitions for 10 mintues. So grab a partner after your workout if you have time, and help remind them to maintain the false grip, to look up and pull the rings low and close to their body before sitting through and spotting their knees. Your coaches will be around to give feedback and make corrections. Also, please take a few minutes to watch the video below which address the common do’s and don’ts.
