Skill work to be completed after the work out has finished:

Handstand hold against the wall: Max set x3.

Rest as needed between attempts.  Also ,feel free to scale to a pike position on the wall or by elevating feet on you box to scale the weight required to hold overhead. Please let your coach know if you have concerns about this.
