Work up to a heavy clean and jerk, focusing on form.  This is NOT a 1 rep max attempt.  You are working up to heavy weight to practice for the workout.  The focus is getting as many reps as you can in 5 min.

 

Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
(165/115) squat clean and jerks
