Hope you guys had a great weekend!  Thanks again to everyone that participated in the Open this year.  It was a great time.  Now, time to start training for 2017!

 

5 rounds:

6 walking lunges + 6 front squats + 6 walking lunges

Take as much time as needed in between sets, but all movements must be UNBROKEN. Warm-up sets do not count as a round.  The lunges can be taken from the rack if needed.

GO HEAVY!!!!

BW deadlift

lateral bar hops
