9am Workout
With a partner:
800m Run with Slam Ball (Partner 1 carries ball for first 400m, Partner 2 carries for second 400m)
then
10 Rounds
12 Wall Balls (20/14)
6 Pull Ups
then
800m Run with Slam Ball (Partner 1 carries ball for first 400m, Partner 2 carries for second 400m)
*Slam Ball/Wall Ball may not touch the ground throughout the entire workout. If it does, both partners must do 5 Burpees on the spot.

10am Workout

12 Deadlifts (155/105)
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Push Jerks

then
