TEAMS OF 3 SATURDAY WOD

30 min AMRAP (Relay Style)

10 Burpees

15 Box-Jumps-Overs (RX+ – 30/24 KB, RX – 24/20, Scaled – 20/16 or Step Ups, Starter – any Height Step Ups)

20 Kettlebell Swings (RX+ – 72/53 KB, RX – 52/35, Scaled – 35/20, Starter – any weight)                           

Each person completes one full round. Each round will start by crossing the start line and running back to the start line to tag next team member.
