(Kids do only once)

CrossFit:

15 Double Unders

10 Pull-Ups

15 Deadlifts

10 Wallballs

15 Mountain Climbers

(rest 3 minutes and do again!)

* Every 2 minutes, Partners go on a “100m Sleigh Run”

Kids Challenge:

(After 12 min AMRAP)

1 minute of Burpees

Longest bar hang out of 3 attempts

1 minute of rowing for meters
