For the MU, you can chose to do ring or bar, or you can sub 3 pull ups and 3 dips instead.
Yes, you will need two bars for this workout. You can partner up and share if needed after a staggered start, but choose a weight that you would use for workouts like Diane (for the deadlifts) and a weight that you can do 10 reps in a row of the OHS. This workout should take between 7-12 min. So scale the weight so that you can hit that time domain. OHS comes from the ground.
