Today’s workouts are two of the workouts from next Saturday’s Firestarter Challenge competition that Kevin, Gary, and Nadia are doing at Triangle CrossFit. Test these out today, then come out and cheer them on next weekend!

Strength
Establish 3RM Touch-and-go Clean (Power or Squat Clean)
*Cleans MUST be touch-and go. Rest in the front rack or at the knees, but not on the ground.

Conditioning
10m AMRAP
400m Run
then
AMRAP
10 Hand Release Burpees
10 KB Swings (53/35)
