Open Workout 16.2
Like last week, we will be running Open workout 16.2 all morning! The gym will open around 8am and the first heat will start at 9am. We’ll have slots on the whiteboard where you can sign up, and a warm up that you should complete on your own or with a group. Come ready to have fun and cheer on friends!

Beginning on a 4-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
25 toes-to-bars/hanging knee raises
50 double unders/single unders
15 squat cleans (135/95) or (95/55)

If completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars/hanging knee raises
50 double unders/single unders
13 squat cleans (185/115) or (115/75)

If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars/hanging knee raises
50 double unders/single unders
11 squat cleans (225/145) or (135/95)

If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars/hanging knee raises
50 double unders/single unders
9 squat cleans (275/175) or (155/115)

If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars/hanging knee raises
50 double unders/single unders
7 squat cleans (315/205) or (185/135)

Stop at 20 minutes.
