Schedule
There is ONLY a 9am class today, as many of us will be at CrossFit Zeal for a Barbells for Boobs fundraiser. Come out there between 8-11 to support! Heats will be starting throughout the morning.

Conditioning
Tabata This:
Pull Ups
Push Ups
Box Jumps (24/20)
Wall Balls (20/14)
*Complete a full tabata at each movement before moving on to the next. So, 8 rounds of Pull Ups, then 8 rounds of Push Ups, etc.
