NO YOGA 

 

ENDURANCE 10 AM

With a partner: (45-min time cap)
-1600m run, 80 thrusters (75/55)
-1200m run, 60 snatches (95/65)
-800m run, 40 S2OH (115/85)
-400m run, 20 curtis P’s (135/95)

*Every time you and your partner switch Movements, EACH partner will do a 100m odd objects carry.
*Both partners run. Barbell is split however.

Some Notes:
1. EVERYTHING is modifiable 🙂 Promise! Feel free to make the runs 800/600/400/200m, Weights listed are just suggestions.
2. Dumbbells instead of barbells are also an option.
3. 1 Curtis P: 1 hang squat clean, 1 (R) front rack lunge, 1 (L) front rack lunge, push press
4. Odd objects: heavy 100m farmer’s carry
5. Rain contingency plan: Row 2k/1500m/1000m/500m OR assault bike 4800m/3600m/2400m/1200m (3x the meters).
