Bear Crawl (to the rig from back of gym)

7 Ring Rows (crossfit scale up to pull ups)

Crab Walk (from the rig to the back of gym)

Buy Out  – 14 Burpee (28 for Crossfit)

(Set up weights at back of gym on the lifting platform area. The movements go from the lifting platform area to the rig and back.)
