Bulgarian Split Squat (with DB by side)

WOD –

4 Burpee Box Jumps (RX – 24/20, S1 – 20/16 or Step 24/20, S2 – Step Any Height)

8 Wall Balls (RX – 20/14, S1 – 20/10 to 9′, S2 – Any Weight/Height)

12 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (RX – 50/35, S1 – 35/20, S2 – 20/10)
