These are to be MODERATE weight- read 70ish%. That’s not a hard percentage, just work up to a weight that you could probably do for a set of 8-10, but just stop at 3. This is a day to back off on the heavy weight-we’ll get back to lifting heavy soon-don’t worry!

This is only one round, which means that you have to PUSH HARD! Choose a weight that you can do the thrusters unbroken. This should be all out effort!!!
