It’s time for a monostructural day!  Get ready for some efficiency tips for your running and to push on some 800m sprints!

Rest as long as it takes you to run the 800m (yes, I know it’s a long 800..but I promise, you will survive!)

Then:

Snatch technique practice with the Burgener warm up.  This will be coach lead and may be performed with a PVC or empty barbell.
