GREAT work this week team!  Today is meant to be fast and hard.  Don’t pace the TTB and wall balls-push yourselves so you have as much time to rest as possible.  Then, remember that every round counting down is shorter, and should be faster than the last.  I know the slam ball overs are a new movement for many of you, but just go as fast as you can!

And don’t forget that we’re having a nutrition talk tomorrow night at 5:30.  Come if you’re able!

Deadlift (125/85)

Push Press (125/85)

Slam Ball over the shoulder
