Run one mile
With the remaining time, complete max reps of snatches. These can be power snatches or squat snatches.
Rx for today is (135/95). Choose a weight that you can complete at least five in one minute. It should not be a one rep max, but should also be heavy enough that you may go to singles during the workout. The goal is for you to move moderately heavy weight after being tired. DO NOT sandbag the run. You will run out or time before you know it and won’t have enough time to lift all the weights!!
