*The workout is performed in the same order as the song. 1 Clean, then 2 Muscle Ups and 1 Clean. Then 3 HSPU, 2 MU, 1 Clean, etc until the last round is completed 12 -> 1.
**Scale Muscle Ups to Pull Ups. Walking Lunges are 10 each leg.
